It's been quite a while since I was blogging at BarshBits. For the last 10 months, along with Moe Rinkunas I've been working as an advisor to  the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), ranked as the top US children's hospital by U.S. News & World Report. Over these last 10 months I've spent a lot of time meeting and working closely with hundreds of leading researchers and clinicians. The goal is to help speed commercial innovation of cutting edge research and spin out new companies that can impact patients' lives and grow into big ventures.

I'll blog here many of the pragmatic ideas and techniques Moe and I have been advising on and applying at CHOP. This thinking applies to both healthcare and non-healthcare companies.

People like Naval at AngelHacks said many years ago that I should be posting more often.  So, here we go again!  Thanks for listening, and please let me know what you think!
